Hi there,
I came in on Saturday morning looking for a thermocouple for my cooktop, Charles was most helpful in assisting me.
I bought one hoping it would be ok however, once i had removed mine found it wasn’t the right one. I managed to get back just in time before closing
And returned the thermocouple. Charles explained how they work and that the gunk that was in the thread of my thermocouple could be enough to cause
The failure due to such a low current being used. I went home and spent an hour wire brushing and filing all the parts to like new condition, after re assembling
Everything and after 4 years of no wok burner, it fired up and stayed lit! I had one of the best wok fried meals I have ever done!!

Thanks for your time and knowledge Charles, i was very chuffed when it worked.

Kind Regards

Lee Smith

You advertise in Amateur Radio, so I assume that you are interested in retail sales. I can find no information on Jackson Brothers products on your site. You would probably have better sales if you listed, and priced, what capacitors are available

Hi Robert. Thank you very much for your observation. We will arrange over the next few week to add an extra page for Jackson products. Sometimes the obvious goes unnoticed :-)

I have a Chef Cooker which is fan forced and that fan is a bit wobbley on the back of the oven wall plate plus I have all my themo - knobs with heat settings worn off and a main hot plate at the Front R.H.S only on Full-Heat and think it needs new bands around the Element Hobbs also.
